The Ramsay Trustees, a substantial product holder in Move Logistics Group Limited, have disclosed the lapse of a call option deed with Chris Dunphy, which could have affected their 8.356% stake in the company. The option allowed Dunphy to purchase up to 5 million shares, but it was not exercised and has now expired, keeping the Ramsay Trustees’ holding unchanged.
