Mount Ridley Mines Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders set to take place at 11:00am WST on 11 November 2024, at RM Capital, West Perth. The agenda includes consideration of the annual financial report, executive remuneration, and the election and re-election of directors Brett Mitchell and Simon Mitchell, respectively. A special resolution will also be proposed to allow the company to issue additional equity securities up to 10% of its issued capital.
