Motorpoint Group PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 70,001 of its own Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 142.50 GBp per share, subsequently reducing the total number of shares in issue to 86,822,601 which will also be the new total voting rights. These shares will be cancelled, tightening the company’s share structure. The share buyback is part of a previously announced program aimed at returning value to shareholders.
