Motio Ltd has announced that Director Harley Grosser has made a significant change in his shareholding, engaging in an off-market transfer of 7,381,588 ordinary shares at $0.019 each. This transaction has altered Grosser’s direct and indirect investment holdings, redistributing shares among associated entities but maintaining the same total amount of shares post-transaction. No other director’s contracts or interests outside of securities were affected by this change.
