Metrics Income Opportunities Trust (MOT), managed by Metrics Credit Partners, has acknowledged a potential inadvertent breach of ASX Listing Rule 15.7 due to premature communication of capital raise details by a senior representative to the media. The Placement was announced during a trading halt and prior to a public release, but MOT asserts minimal impact due to the timing and existing trading halt. MOT and its manager are reviewing and enhancing their compliance procedures to prevent future breaches.
