Mosaic Minerals Corporation has signed an option agreement with Castlebar Capital to potentially sell up to a 100% interest in its Lichen Project, which spans 15,622 hectares near the Chibougamau mining camp. Castlebar can earn up to a 50% stake through cash payments totaling $205,000 and the issuance of 1,350,000 shares to Mosaic. This deal marks Castlebar’s Qualifying Transaction in the TSX Venture Exchange’s Capital Pool Company program.
