Mosaic Minerals Corporation has signed a letter of intent permitting Castlebar Capital Corp to potentially acquire a full interest in the Lichen Project, a property with promising geological prospects for gold and copper. The deal, which is structured to fulfill Castlebar’s requirements for a Qualifying Transaction with the TSX Venture Exchange, involves cash payments and share issuances over a period of three years.
