Mosaic Minerals Corporation has strategically expanded its mining portfolio by securing 100% ownership of the Amanda property in Quebec, with a signed letter of intent with IAMGOLD Corporation. The deal includes Mosaic issuing 3 million shares to IAMGOLD and a 2% royalty, along with potential additional payments contingent on gold resource estimates and exploration expenditures.
