Morocco Strategic Minerals Corporation, a company focused on mineral development, has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,000,000 through the issuance of 10,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, with the full warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.15 within 24 months. The funds will be used for the development of projects in Québec and Morocco and general working capital. The offering is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
