Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 651,100 of its own common shares, spending a total of 2.16 billion yen, within the period from August 1 to August 31, 2024. These acquisitions are part of a broader board-approved plan to purchase up to 3.4 million shares for a maximum total cost of 10 billion yen. As of August 31, the company has acquired 1,867,300 shares at a cost of 6.28 billion yen.
