Morguard Corporation has successfully concluded its 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting with a strong turnout, where a total of 87.48% of the Corporation’s outstanding common shares were represented. All seven management-nominated candidates were elected as directors, with each receiving a substantial majority of votes in favor. Additionally, the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Corporation’s auditor was confirmed, with 98.64% votes for the decision.
