Morgan Stanley and its subsidiaries have emerged as a substantial holder in PSC Insurance Group Limited, securing a 5.04% stake with 18,350,425 ordinary shares. The financial giant’s move, completed on August 20, 2024, was disclosed two days later, with various Morgan Stanley entities holding different portions of the shares, indicating strategic positioning in the insurance company’s market.
