Morgan Sindall Group PLC has announced the retirement of non-executive director Malcolm Cooper, effective 31 August 2024, and the appointment of Mark Robson as his successor starting 1 September 2024. Robson, with a strong background in strategic, commercial, and finance roles, including his tenure as Group CFO of Howden Joinery Group plc, is expected to enhance the board’s expertise. The company, a prominent UK construction and regeneration group with £4.1bn in annual revenue, looks forward to the insights Robson will bring to its operations.
