Morgan Sindall Group PLC has announced a block listing application for 70,000 new Ordinary Shares to satisfy options under its Sharesave Plan. The shares, each with a value of 5p, are expected to be listed on the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange starting June 6, 2024, and will have equal standing with the current ordinary shares.
