Morgan Sindall Group PLC has announced a block listing application for 62,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange. These shares are to be issued in alignment with the existing shares and are expected to be available from 12 September 2024, with the purpose of fulfilling options granted under the company’s Sharesave Plan.
