Morgan Advanced Materials PLC has announced the appointment of Alison Wood as the new Senior Independent Director, effective from November 1, 2024. She replaces Laurence Mulliez and brings extensive experience in governance from her roles in various FTSE 350 companies, including her strategic positions at BAE Systems and National Grid. The company’s Chair, Ian Marchant, expressed confidence that Wood’s expertise will aid in the Group’s continued success and growth.
