Mooreast Holdings Ltd. has finalized a convertible loan agreement with SG-RT Fund, obtaining a principal amount of S$20,010,000. The Lender, a sub-fund of CEC-SG VCC managed by N PrimePartners Capital, is not a current shareholder of Mooreast Holdings and has confirmed its compliance with the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers. A consulting firm, Lance Capital Pte Ltd, facilitated the deal and will receive a success fee for its services.
