Mooreast Holdings Ltd. has announced a non-binding agreement with SG-RT Fund for a S$20,010,000 interest-bearing convertible loan, subject to finalizing the definitive loan agreement. The loan will be disbursed in two parts: a S$1,000,000 deposit and a S$19,010,000 balance, both contingent upon fulfillment of specific conditions including due diligence and required approvals. The company will provide updates as the loan agreement progresses.
