Mooreast Holdings Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, at 51 Shipyard Road Singapore, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ong Yong Loke Joseph. The meeting commenced with the chairman’s welcome and an overview of the company’s performance, followed by a presentation from the CEO, Mr. Sim Koon Lam. Shareholders were presented with the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and voted to adopt the Directors’ Statement and Audited Financial Statements without any questions.
