Mooreast Holdings Ltd. has announced an additional one-month extension, to 14 November 2024, for the disbursement of a S$1,000,000 deposit from SG-RT Fund under a Convertible Loan Agreement initially expected by 13 August 2024. The extension, requested by the Lender due to unexpected administrative delays, leaves all other terms of the agreement unchanged. Shareholders are urged to exercise caution and consult professional advisors before trading company securities.
