Moon River Capital Ltd. has officially rebranded to Moon River Moly Ltd., with the change taking effect from market open on May 17, 2024. Shareholders will not need to take any action as their current share certificates will remain valid under the new company name, which will continue to trade under the ticker symbol ‘MOO’. The company is advancing its focus on mineral project development, including a significant molybdenum-tungsten deposit in British Columbia, and an acquisition poised to close by June 2024.
