Moody Technology Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Lin Yugang as an independent non-executive director and his departure from various committee roles due to personal endeavors, effective from 18 June 2024. Concurrently, Mr. Guo Xianwang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve on the Audit and Remuneration committees. The Board has also reassigned Mr. Li Gang as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee.
