Mony Group PLC announces its plan to add 2,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.02 pence each to its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, under its long-term incentive and restricted share plans. The shares will be equally ranked with existing shares and are expected to be admitted on September 13, 2024.
