Monumental Energy Shareholders Greenlight New Incentives

Monumental Gold (TSE:MNRG) has released an update.

Monumental Energy Corp. successfully concluded its annual general and special meeting, re-electing six directors and appointing Crowe MacKay LLP as its auditors. Shareholders also approved a new Equity Incentive Plan, allowing for a broad range of stock-related awards and setting a 10% cap of issued shares for these incentives.
