Monumental Energy Advances Lithium Project Deal

Monumental Gold Corp. (TSE:MNRG) has released an update.

Monumental Energy Corp. has reached an agreement to transfer its option to acquire a majority stake in the Salar de Turi project in Chile to Summit Nanotech Corporation. In return, Summit will pay Monumental $725,000 and provide a 2% net smelter return royalty on future lithium production. The transaction is expected to close in April 2024, pending customary closing conditions.
