Montfort Capital Corp. has announced quarterly cash dividends for its Series A and Series 1 Class C Preferred Shares, with payments to be made on September 27, 2024. The dividends are set at $0.02 and $0.5649 per share, respectively, and are considered eligible dividends for Canadian income tax purposes. The future dividends and their distribution dates are subject to the discretion of the company’s board of directors.
