Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd. has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $660,000 by selling over 2.4 million common shares. The proceeds from this non-brokered offering, which was priced at $0.27 per share, are intended for general corporate and working capital purposes. A second tranche is anticipated to close by the end of August 2024.
