Montauk Renewables (MNTK) just unveiled an announcement.
Montauk Renewables, Inc. has added Mr. Michael A. Jacobson, an experienced executive, back to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Jacobson, with no disclosed conflicts of interest or family ties to the company’s leadership, will serve until the 2025 stockholders’ meeting. He will be compensated with an annual fee of $100,000 and has been granted a standard indemnification agreement in line with the company’s policy for directors and executive officers.
