Montanaro Asset Management Limited has increased its stake in discoverIE Group plc, crossing the notification threshold on 12th August 2024 with a total of 4.19% of voting rights attached to shares. This change in shareholding was formally notified to the company on the following day. The asset management firm now holds a total of 4,040,000 voting rights in the UK-based company.
