Montage Gold Corp. successfully completed a substantial C$35.2 million private placement, exceeding its initial C$20.0 million target, with strong support from investors including the Lundin Family and company insiders. The funds raised will propel the development of the Koné project towards a construction decision and allow for further exploration and general corporate activities. Notably, insiders’ participation in the placement, which is under a four-month hold period, has been conducted in compliance with relevant Canadian securities laws and exemptions.
