Montage Gold Corp. successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General and Special Meeting, including the re-election of key directors and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. Shareholders also gave the nod to the Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, with 43.03% of outstanding shares represented in the vote. New officer appointments were also confirmed, with a transition in the CFO position announced for July 1, 2024.
