Montage Gold Corp. (TSE:MAU) has released an update.

Montage Gold Corp. has expanded its brokered private placement to C$180 million with the offering oversubscribed and closing imminently. Major stakeholders, including the Lundin Family Trusts and Zijin Mining Group, will hold significant shares post-offering. The funds raised will advance the company’s Koné Project in Côte d’Ivoire, support exploration, and strengthen working capital and general corporate endeavors.
