Mont Royal Resources Ltd. announced that all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the Remuneration Report and the re-election of Director Gary Lawler, were successfully passed. Shareholders also approved the issuance of equity securities up to 10% of the company’s issued capital and appointed BDO Audit Pty Ltd as the new auditor. The company continues to focus on its promising mining projects in the James Bay area of Quebec, Canada.
