Monks Investment Trust Shs GBP (GB:MNKS) has released an update.

Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, a move that will see these shares held in Treasury. Post-transaction, the total Treasury-held shares amount to 47,605,794, leaving 205,565,666 shares in issue for shareholder transactions and notifications under the FCA’s rules. This strategic buyback could indicate confidence by the company in its own financial health and future.
