Monks Investment Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 200,000 of its own ordinary shares on September 30, 2024, which will be held in treasury, affecting the total number of shares in issue available to shareholders. This transaction leaves the company with 50,305,794 shares in treasury and an adjusted total of 202,865,666 shares in issue for shareholders’ reference in regards to disclosure requirements.
