Monica Diaz Brickell Exits as AXIL CFO, Enters Consultancy Role

AXIL Brands (AXIL) has issued an announcement.

Monica Diaz Brickell has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of AXIL Brands, Inc. In exchange for agreeing to a standard Separation Agreement, which includes a release of claims and a pledge of confidentiality and non-disparagement, she has entered a Consulting Agreement to provide transition services until the end of October 2024. She’s been compensated with 30,000 shares of vested restricted common stock for her consultancy role.
