Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC has reported that Kathleen Elizabeth Sharma, the spouse of Non-Executive Director Rakesh Sharma, purchased 9,253 Ordinary Shares at £2.16144 each on 27 August 2024. This transaction was disclosed as part of the company’s regulatory obligations for Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) and their closely associated persons. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange under the code XLON.
