MONEYME Ltd. has successfully executed their first asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction of the fiscal year, a notable $178 million securitisation of personal loan assets, in collaboration with SocietyOne. The deal, which includes a Moody’s Aaa-rated tranche, attracted strong interest from both domestic and international institutional investors, exceeding the supply. This strategic move improves the company’s capital efficiency and supports growth ambitions for the upcoming financial year and beyond.
