Monadelphous Director’s Shareholding Update

Monadelphous Group Limited (AU:MND) has released an update.

Monadelphous Group Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director Robert Velletri, where 42,857 ordinary shares were acquired, and 150,000 options were exercised and disposed of. The transactions resulted in Velletri indirectly owning 2,277,818 ordinary shares, with no cash consideration involved as the options were exercised using a cashless exercise based on the company’s share price of $13.02.
