Monadelphous Group Limited has reported a change in Director Susan Lee Murphy’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 362 ordinary shares via the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, bringing her total holding to 13,835 shares. The transaction, valued at $4,446.09, did not involve any disposals and occurred outside of the company’s closed period, thus not requiring prior written clearance.
