Momentum Financial Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Liang Lina as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 2 September 2024. Ms. Liang, with a rich background in finance and auditing, will also chair the Nomination Committee and serve on the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Alongside welcoming Ms. Liang to the Board, the company also notes the continued suspension of trading in its shares pending the announcement of the 2024 Interim Results.
