Momentum Financial Holdings Limited has announced a delay in the publication of its 2024 interim results and report, along with the postponement of a board meeting, due to an incomplete audit committee following director changes. The company is actively seeking to fill the vacancies and expects to publish the delayed interim results by 30 November 2024. Consequently, trading of the company’s shares on the Stock Exchange will be suspended from 2 September 2024 until the interim results are released.
