Molten Ventures VCT plc has announced that all resolutions were approved at its recent Annual General Meeting held on September 4, 2024. Shareholders will receive a final dividend of 1.50 pence per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, on September 26, 2024. The voting outcomes showed overwhelming support for the resolutions, with the majority receiving above 95% approval.
