Molten Ventures VCT plc has issued 571,647 new Ordinary Shares at 47.71p each as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme on September 26, 2024. This issue follows a dividend payment of 1.5p per share and will be on par with existing shares, increasing the total issued share capital to 275,165,959 Ordinary Shares. These shares are set to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and start trading on the London Stock Exchange around October 4, 2024.
