Molten Ventures VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 587,656 new Ordinary Shares at 48.58p each, following their Offer for Subscription launched last October. This expansion of share capital increases the company’s total issued share capital to 269,716,836, with the new shares ranking equally with existing ones. Shareholders are advised to use this new total as a reference for disclosing changes in their shareholding as per the FCA’s rules.
