Molten Ventures VCT plc successfully closed its share offer, issuing a total of 32,427,788 Ordinary Shares and raising up to £40 million. The company allotted and issued 4,877,476 new shares at prices between 49.28 pence and 51.67 pence each, expanding the total issued share capital to 274,594,312 shares. Trading on the London Stock Exchange for these new shares is anticipated to start around 23 August 2024.
