Molten Ventures Plc has disclosed a change in major holdings, reporting that BlackRock, Inc. has adjusted its voting rights in the company. As a result of acquisitions and disposals, BlackRock’s total voting rights in Molten Ventures now stand at 12.8%, with direct voting rights at 11.25% and additional rights through financial instruments at 1.55%. This notification, marking a crossing of thresholds, indicates that BlackRock’s direct voting rights have dipped below the previous 10% mark.
