Molten Ventures ( (GB:GROW) ) has issued an announcement.

Molten Ventures reported double‑digit growth in both net asset value per share and gross portfolio value for the year to 31 March 2026, driven by strong performance and funding rounds in core holdings such as Revolut, ICEYE, Ledger and Riverlane. The firm also saw two emerging investments, Modo Energy and Manna, promoted to its core portfolio, underscoring the maturity and momentum of its pipeline.

Realisations generated £120 million of cash at an average 3x multiple on invested capital, while £89 million was deployed into new and follow‑on deals alongside £22 million from managed EIS and VCT funds. Molten returned £38 million to shareholders via an expanded buyback programme, maintained solid liquidity with an undrawn £60 million credit facility, and created a dedicated secondaries team, moves that strengthen its positioning amid favourable European tech and capital‑markets tailwinds.

The core portfolio posted 40% revenue growth, with most companies well funded and a number already profitable, highlighting resilience across key themes including fintech, energy transition, health tech, AI and space. Management signalled a focus on scaling the business and expanding third‑party co‑investment structures, aiming to capitalise on rising European technology sovereignty and broader efforts to increase institutional participation in growth capital.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GROW) stock is a Buy with a £5.75 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Molten Ventures stock, see the GB:GROW Stock Forecast page.
