Molten Ventures plc has continued its previously announced share repurchase programme, buying back 62,522 ordinary shares between 30 March and 2 April 2026 through Deutsche Bank’s Deutsche Numis arm. Purchase prices ranged around the mid-440p to mid-460p levels, and the transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.

Following these buybacks, Molten’s issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares, of which 14,956,032 are held in treasury, leaving 174,090,418 voting rights in circulation.
