Molten Ventures ( (GB:GROW) ) has shared an update.

Molten Ventures has continued its recently announced share repurchase programme, buying 20,000 ordinary shares on 20 February 2026 through Deutsche Numis at a volume-weighted average price of 475.63p. Following this latest tranche, the company’s issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 shares, with 14,379,434 held in treasury and 174,667,016 voting rights in issue.

The buyback further reduces the free float and may signal management’s confidence in the valuation of the London-listed venture investor, which has deployed over £1bn into tech start-ups and realised more than £700m since its 2016 IPO. The updated voting-rights figure also provides a new reference point for shareholders’ regulatory disclosure obligations under the FCA’s transparency rules.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GROW) stock is a Buy with a £5.75 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Molten Ventures stock, see the GB:GROW Stock Forecast page.
